Task 7! Organise and Diarise!
I do Bootcamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm
Fridays I will be at home using the Wii fit and Xbox kinect to do some yoga and light exercise using those.
And my SSS I will be spending at home as my gym is only opened on Saturdays until 1pm and I can't make it in time =(
I will be using Mish's DVD's along with the Biggest Loser DVD's and my Wii Fit and Kinect
Sundays will be lazy day!!! =)
I will be doing the Learn to run program as I have decided to goto Sydney to do City to Surf as my Major Milestone event and I really hope to see alot of you there!!!
I honestly didn't push myself as hard as I could have in Round 1 and I am going to break all barriers this time and hold nothing back!!! and I won't be missing any training sessions
I have an anniversary and twom birthdays during the 12 weeks so they are my red flag days as are the next lot of school holidays as I work doing vacation care so there are many opportunities to snack during the day but I will beat all those days and temptaions and if I slip up I will recover straight away and work off those extra cals No Excuses!!!

Task 6...... Kitchen Makeover!!!!
Although tonite I was feeling a bit effortless and still had a can of pumpkin soup sitting in the cupboard and as it was withing calories for tea I thought I might have that as I really didn't feel like cooking....
Well........... It was HORRIBLE
Salt Salt and more freaking SALT!!!!
Yuck yuck yuck!!!!
I didn't eat much more than maybe 10 spoonfuls and couldn't eat any more I have since been washing my mouth out with water but can't shake the taste Ick!!
Tomorrow I will be making the Thai Pumkin soup as it is like a Million times better......
and goodbya to all of the crap in the cupboards, Lesson to self .... Even though the calories are low check the bloody salt content!!!!

Task 5!! Say it Out Loud
My Commitment is to get to my goal weight of 62kg or less, to have a healthy waist measurement, and to become fit for the first time ever, I will be able to run a half marathon in 6 months.
I want to be wearing a size 10 dress by my birthday (11th November) and I want to be able to wear and look good in a bikini by summer!!
I will do this by following the program in every aspect, and completing EVERY SSS!
I am determined and will stay that way throughout and after this Round.
I will complete every weekly surprise and give my all to this program!!

Task 4!!! Gear Up!!
Ok so Round 1 I started doing the Beginner program and was doing a combination of the at home indoors program and Gym classes.
This Round I will be doing the Gym Machines, Bootcamp twice a week for the first 2 weeks (hopefully they re-run the bootcamp nearly straight away so I can do it again throughout the whole round), and some DVD’s and Wii fit as well
Based on the end of Round 1 I should be starting off doing the intermediate program.
I am going to step it up this round and I am aiming to burn 600 calories or more per session.
A bit of a confession I only did 2 SSS’s throughout Round 1 I was still only burning around 500 calories on a Saturday. I will be doing EVERY SSS in round 2 and not make any excuses to get out of it!!!

Task 3!!! Take Control–Set Your Goal!! <3
Been so excited to do this task and it has taken me a while to do as I have really sat down and thought about what I want, and how to figure out an ideal weight for me.
So here it is all of my goals!!!
1 Month Goals and how I WILL get there!!!
To get in the healthy BMI range (69kg for me) current BMI is 26.3
To get under 70kg I wanna be in the 60’s
These 2 goals go hand in hand this means I need to lose 3.6kg from today to reach this goal.
I will be able to run 2km without stopping in 1 month.
I will do all of this by following a combination of the Gym machines and Gym classes programs (and the indoor ones when I can’t make it to the gym) and by following the nutrition plans.
I will also be following the learn to run program.
I will not give up I will be consistent.
3 Month Goals and how I WILL get there!!!
Ok Here are the goals that I WILL achieve by the end of Round 2..!!!
To get to or close to my goal weight of 62kgs I will definitely be happy with less.
Hoping to get my wait measurement under 88cm (hopefully less)
To be able to run 6km without stopping.
I will use the same strategies as my one month goal to achieve my 3 month goals!
6 Month Goals and how I WILL get there!!!
My 6 month goal is to be at 62kg or lower as long as my waist measurement is under 80cm
I will be able to run 12km.
I want to be able to wear a gorgeous party dress for my Birthday (I will be 23) and look HOT in it.
I also want to wear a sexy Bikini at the beach and look great in it.
I will do all of this by eating clean and keep following Mish’s exercise programs.
I will continue to go to the gym 6 times a week.

To have Maintained my goal weight and to be able to run a half marathon.
I will do this by eating clean and following Mish’s exercise programs.
I am finding the 12 month goals hard to set but am hoping to review them soon.

Pre-Season Task 2…Get Real–No More Excuses!!!
Excuse Excuses Excuses
And do I have heaps of them, more then I did in round 1 and I put that down to not that I have come up with new excuses but that I see the need to recognise my excuses and take full responsibility for them!!!
Internal Excuses!!
I want to sleep in, in the morning…………I will goto bed earlier tonight so it feels like a sleep in
I had a loss so I can reward myself with food…….I can reward myself but it doesn’t need to be with food, I can treat myself with a beauty treatment – Tan/Manicure/Haircut etc
I need to watch this tv show……. I can exercise while watching TV or I can just watch catch up
How I look now is who I am……… I have proven already that I can lose weight so I can keep going!
I can do it tomorrow……… JFDI you feel so much better afterwards
Just one won’t hurt I can work it off later………….. Check calorie king and find out how long it would take to lose that one plus 10 extras!!!!
I can’t do it……I have proven to myself many times that I can do it so JFDI
My muscles are aching I won’t do that again……..It will hurt less every time so just keep going
I can do a double workout tomorrow if I have a day off today…… Consistency is key!!!
I will never be one of the skinny pretty girls……. I can be the best version of me though and that’s all that matters
External Excuses!! – within my control
I have to work til late and don’t want to work out after that…… I can workout before work
It is school holidays and there is more temptation………avoid temptation make sure I am full and have snacks ready for times in the day where temptation is harder to resist.
It’s to hot/cold…….The gym has a comfortable temperature all the time anyway/ and I have a air-con/heater to make the house comfortable to workout in
Catching up with family/friends for lunch/dinner………..make a healthy choice from the menu otherwise have a small salad and something else to add up the calories when I get home
I can’t afford groceries for the week……..I can choose some soups to make they are pretty cheap to buy ingredients for
I am called into work and don’t have lunch prepared……..I will always have at least one meal in the freezer just in case
We are going on holidays……..research where we are going to find healthy places to eat and try to get a holiday unit so I can still cook my own food
External Excuses!! – out of my control
I can’t make it to the gym……I have DVD’s, Wii Fit and all the tools I need to do this at home
I am sick………If I am to sick to work out just make sure I am eating clean!!
So there you go all of my excuses laid out for all to see
There are alot of them but I have faced all of them and this way I can get past each excuse and if I don’t I am completely liable
I will put up everything for Pre-season Task 3 Tomorrow
