Week 1!!!!

I have been trying find my groove getting back into but the 3.30 snacking has been kicking in an even though I have only gone over my calorie intake by 40 or so calories it's just not good enough. I need to kick myself into gear and just keep going!!! SSS tomorrow.... I will be doing the biggest loser bootcamp DVD and spending an hour on the kinect your shape!!! Mish will be kicking my arse all day tomorrow and if I need to boost up my calories burnt I will be doing the pussycat dolls dance workout!!! I will keep everyone posted as to how I go tomorrow!!
